Hotels and other suppliers view Virtuoso Travel Advisors and our clients to be among the most valuable of guests.

A professional planning fee may be assessed based on the scope of your trip. We do offer concierge services such as flight research,  restaurant reservations, spa bookings, custom tours, sport ticketing, concerts or theatre ticketing, car service, etc. Professional planning fees start from $500 per person depending on the complexity of the trip, maintenance and are non-refundable. Simple hotel bookings do not require a fee. 

We charge a professional trip planning fee for itinerary creations to acknowledge the time and effort that our agents put into planning one-of-a-kind experiences for you. The fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation to cover our time spent curating your trip.

Yes, if it exists, we can book it. Whether a weekend stay in Miami, a long week in St. Barths, or a month in Europe; if it exists, we can book it.

Smartflyer's air desk provides 24/hr support for your trip and we also have strong air contracts with many of the airline suppliers which means we are able to obtain special fares for business and first-class on select flights which are not available to the general consumer. Airline ticketing fees apply. 

No, the properties we review, post or cover are not exhaustive, but are intended to highlight some of our favorite hotels around the globe. There’s no limit to the destinations that we work with. If you can dream it, we can plan it.

We work with as little as 1 room reservation to 10,000+. We have excellent group pricing with deep discounts at many hotels around the world due to the large volume of both leisure and group business that we place at hotels. Most properties require a booking of 10 or more rooms in order to qualify for discounted group pricing. Based on your needs, we do the research, negotiate the group rates and concessions, prepare a comparison and guide you through the contracting process. 

Concessions will vary by hotels type, destination and revenue spent, but some common concessions given to Smartflyer include: room upgrades, complimentary nights based on performance, complimentary or discounted meeting room rental, discounts on Spa and F&B and special VIP welcome gifts. 

Depending on the volume of business of your account, we can setup preferred rates at select hotels. We can assist with a variety of budgets and annual room night estimates. 

Absolutely! When booking select categories at hotels, our services include curbside check-in by General Managers, pre-walkthroughs of suites, complete start to finish handling of your trip with 24/hr access to call, email and text for immediate assistance. We can arrange private jets, villas, butlers, security, babysitting service, personal chefs, etc. This type of experience is subject to a professional service fee.
