Albert Valera is the founder of Everything Travel Guy and brings an insider’s understanding of luxury hospitality to every trip he plans. Before launching ETG, Albert built his career inside luxury hotels, including serving as a Director of Sales at Faena Miami Beach. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how luxury hotels operate behind the scenes, from VIP handling and leisure programs to group room blocks, hotel contracts and special requests.

For clients, that translates into a meaningful advantage. Albert knows how to identify the right hotel, ask the right questions, anticipate potential issues and advocate for his travelers in a way that goes far beyond simply making a reservation.

Keegan Cross brings a thoughtful and highly personalized approach to luxury travel planning, combining extensive firsthand travel experience with an exceptional eye for detail. He takes the time to understand not only where his clients want to go, but how they want to travel. From hotel style and pace to dining, experiences and the little preferences that can completely change a trip, Keegan creates itineraries around the individual rather than following a standard formula.

Clients particularly appreciate his quick communication, accessibility and personal attention. Keegan remains closely involved throughout the entire planning process and is known for responding quickly when questions, new ideas or last-minute changes arise. His goal is for clients to feel as though they have someone personally looking after their trip rather than simply processing reservations.

Having traveled extensively around the world, Keegan brings valuable firsthand perspective to his recommendations. His specialties include luxury hotels, European travel, honeymoons, beach destinations, luxury cruises, family vacations and multi-stop international itineraries.

Senior Travel Account Manager

Nicole Lopez is at the center of the planning and logistics that turn an idea for a trip into a seamless journey.As Everything Travel Guy’s Senior Travel Account Manager, Nicole specializes in itinerary building and end-to-end trip management. She coordinates the many moving pieces of a journey, including hotels, private transfers, touring, dining, special experiences and other arrangements, bringing everything together into one carefully organized itinerary.

For more complex trips, particularly those involving multiple destinations or groups, Nicole provides an important additional layer of oversight. She works closely with ETG’s hotels and destination partners around the world to ensure that arrangements are correctly coordinated and that the experience flows smoothly from one destination to the next.

Her attention to detail is especially valuable as departure approaches. Nicole reviews the trip as a whole to make sure reservations, timing and logistics align, helping clients travel with the confidence that someone has already thought through the details.

From the first stages of planning through the client’s return home, Nicole helps ETG manage each journey from A to Z, allowing clients to spend less time worrying about logistics and more time looking forward to the trip itself.

Travel Operations & Client Services

Betzy Torres helps bring the highly personalized details of the Everything Travel Guy experience to life. She works behind the scenes to ensure that each client’s preferences and important travel details are kept current and communicated to the right partners before arrival. From VIP recognition and special occasions to hotel preferences and pre-arrival requests, Betzy helps make sure hotels know who ETG’s clients are and what can make their stay feel more personal.

Betzy is also known throughout the team for her “make it happen” philosophy. 

When a hotel, restaurant or travel partner initially says something cannot be done, she rarely sees that as the end of the conversation. She looks for another solution, another contact or another approach and does everything possible to find a way forward.

That persistence is particularly valuable when it comes to difficult reservations, special requests and the unexpected situations that inevitably come with travel. Clients benefit from having someone behind the scenes who is willing to keep asking, follow up and explore every reasonable option rather than accepting the first no. Betzy combines that determination with meticulous attention to detail, helping ensure clients arrive at their destinations already recognized, their important preferences have been communicated and the little touches that elevate a luxury trip have not been overlooked.
